One, you need a host to host your site. You'll need a registrar to register your domain name (www.whatever.com). You'll need a good programmer with a good knowledge of various internet programming languages to create the backbones of your site. We prefer to use Perl/CGI, MySQL, Javascript, DHTML, and of course, HTML.
You'll need a good graphic artist or some royalty free graphics that are not copyrighted in order to create a visually appealing site. You'll need to have a good layout with proper content.
